Upcoming WCHF calendar includes “Hearts and Heritage” event and movie screening on Feb. 7; Annual Membership Party Feb.13

     As part of first Friday’s Caminarte on February 7, the WCHF’s “Hearts & Heritage” event will screen 1999’s 10 Things I Hate About You (PG-13).

     The evening at the Villa Antigua Border Heritage Museum at 810 Zaragoza St. includes a Friendship Bracelet Station and vendors Gloria's Coffee Bar, Sabor A Cielo, and My Lovely Any.

     “Hearts & Heritage” is Sponsored by Lee Douglas Diaz II; Erica García, realtor; and Keller Williams Laredo. The publiic is welcome to join the evening’s events, which begin at 6 p.m. and conclude at 9 p.m.

     The Foundation’s annual Membership Party is set for Thursday, February 13, from 6-8 p.m. at the Villa Antigua Border Heritage Museum at 810 Zaragoza St.

New membership is cordially invited to learn of the WCHF’s role in the preservation of Laredo’s history and its many community events that include education.

MUSEUM AFTER HOURS-CaminARTE

On Friday, March 7, the WCHF is offering free admission in a “Museum After Hours-CaminARTE” to the Republic of the Rio Grande Museum from 7-9 p.m. The historic 1830s-era museum building is at 1005 Zaragoza St.
